I knew this was going to be on all day.

I was able to make it till 12 midnight and then I fell asleep.
Woke up at the vey end.

Didn't tape it! Dam, Did it again. So did anyone watch it? WHAT Happened?

I taped it last night and just watching it again today.
This is a great interview. Ran roughly 12 minutes.
I love that Jerry is talking about Dean so much, since we rarely see that.
He talked about the early days at the Havana-Madrid, the chaos on the streets at the Paramount, and then ended with a 3 minute clip of Jerry miming (circa late 80's I believe) with the old Barber Shop vocal group. Personally I thought that clip ran a bit long and would have preferred a Martin & Lewis clip (like Letterman did) since Jerry is shopping a book about Dean. I caught Conan too late to record, but it will probably replay late night next Friday.

The clip of the singing group was from 1997, and was hiLARious.

Yes the show will be repeat next week late at night again. The singers are the Tall Cedars of Lebanon from the telethon. They have been with MDA for over 50 years. When he joined them every year to 'sing' it was always the highlight of the telethon.

Thank you so much for those clips, i enjoyed them very much!! I'm always so bummed when i miss Jerry on a show and he lookes stunning, still so sharp and so full of life and funny!!! Thank you!!

A bit of correction....the group was not the Tall Cedars, it was a male vocal group from Southern California. If they were Tall Cedars, they would have worn green jackets.

They have worn different color jackets throughout the years but I am pretty sure the its the Cedars.

The Conan repeat is this friday night (saturday morning) at 3:30am. December 2-3

The name of the group is the Valley Aires..nothing to do with the Tall Cedars at all.

I thought the chorus bit was hysterical. I love Jerry Lewis.
