To All Members:

The family of Fayard Nicholas wishes to announce that the celebration of the life of
Fayard Nicholas will be held on Friday, February 3, 2006 at the Pierce Brothers Mortuary
10621 Victory Blvd North Hollywood, California at 2:00 pm

Services will be private:

Altovise Davis(Mrs. Sammy Davis jr. and I will attend the services together.

There is in the planning stages a public service that will be held sometime at the end of February to be announced.

Tony Nicholas his son wants me to thank all of you who have sent in monies to help
Fayard and Kathrine during this time and also Thanks you for all your good wishes and prayers for his father.

May the Lord our God Bless you all
