It's my sad duty to tell you all that another MDA Member and a person from the entertainment world has died:

Kenn E. Kingsbury was 61 years old died of a heart-attack at his apartment in North Hollywood,CA on May 9,2007

Born: Kenneth E. Kingsbury Jr. on Sept 30,1945

Kenn worked as talent agent/personal manager with the likes of Hank Williams and all the star's of Country Westren music:
For many years he was the personal manager for Billy Barty:

He published a book on all the legends of Country Western Music sometime in the 1970's

He worked with MDA doing many a fundrasing projects and raised ten's of thousand of dollars for MDA over 20year.
He was so well liked by MDA High Level staff that MDA brought him out to Los Angeles from New York in the early 1970's

He was well liked and respected by all that knew him: He was one of a kind:

Kenn served in the Army and was in Vietnam in the 1950 and 1960:

Kenn was cremated and his Ashes where sent home to Tenn for burial in Tenn National Veterns Cemertary:
A memorial service that was held on Monday May21,2007

Kenn was my best and dearest friend for over 30years and I will really miss him and his wise counsel:

He is servived by his Father Kenneth E. Kingsbury Sr 80years old from Tenn:
Two brother's Thomas Kingsbury for San Francisco,CA Darrell Kingsbury a minster from Al, and a daughter Hannha Kingsbury 15, and his former wife Amanda Moore:

Kenneth Earl Kingsbury Jr.
KINGSBURY, KENNETH EARL JR. - age 61 of North Hollywood, CA formerly of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2007 in California. He was a member of the Screen Actors Guild and attended Lenoir City High School. Kenn was a poet, producer, casting director, and the author of "Who's Who in Country Music." Known as a humanitarian, Kenn was a volunteer for Muscular Dystrophy Association, United Way and Actor and Others for Animals. Throughout his life he was always a conservationist and preservationist of our country's resources. Preceded in death his mother, Dora B. Kingsbury. Survived by his daughter, Hannah Kingsbury of Corryton; mother of his child, Amanda Moore-Kingsbury of Corryton; father, Kenneth E. Kingsbury Sr. of Lenoir City; brothers, Thomas Kingsbury of San Francisco, CA, Darrell Kingsbury and wife, Debbie of Montgomery, AL; sister, Dawn Heard and husband, Danny of Huntsville, AL; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 21, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville with Major Don Vick and Major Darrell Kingsbury officiating. Military honors will be conferred. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lost Sheep Ministries, the Salvation Army, P. O. Box 669, Knoxville, TN 37917 or the American Cancer Society. Joe is on the East Coast so he get's to look at these (3) sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif hours earlier than me and I very rarely access this at work.
